The house and land packages put together on this site are far more in depth making them accurate. Each block has been looked at individually and measured and quoted for retaining if necessary. Fencing , driveways and a reasonable level of landscaping to complete your house. I have included a quote for fully ducted air conditioning as I am finding customers looking at established homes are turned off by split systems.
